SCO finally comes clean

Via their press release - So the code that they claim is theirs wasn't developed by them, but by IBM. They claim that the code belongs to them because it was used as part of System 5 Unix by IBM, thus making it SCO's code.

They claim there license gives them the exclusive rights to any code that is put into their UNIX base whether they developed it or not.

SCO is not long for this world, dump any SCO stock you have right now.
