"Maoist Democracy": A political system in which everybody who is carrying a gun gets to vote. Named after Mao's dictum that "Political Power Comes Out of the Barrel of a Gun". This system is not widely used, because elections tend to involve a lot of killing.

Usage: Good thing that we don't practice Maoist Democracy, like they're doing in Liberia.
