    Parent DirectoryKilling with cellphones

While drivers are distracted in all the ways described in this article cell phones are definably responsible for 95% of the distracted drivers. Every day during commute I see cars that are all over the road, 99% of the time when I get close enough to see the driver, they are on the cell phone.

A hands free cellphone law makes sense since it is enforceable and will make a difference, much like the seatbelt law. You cannot make a law the outlaws changing your radio station or yelling at your kids because it is un-enforceable and on top of that the benefit of such a law would be very small compared to a cellphone law.

BTW, you have much more of a chance to be killed by a cellphone using driver than a gun under any circumstances.
